I think you'll be all right if you take our suggestions...I was in Ireland in mid May, and unless you're really unlucky, that's about the coldest it will be in Europe that time of year (it was about 50F)

I'm an absolute noob, but this is just my perception of what could be taken off. Do you really need things like tweezers and lotion? Just tweeze up before you leave, unless you're going to be gone so long you're nails will get cosmetically horrible and long. I never use lotion, so that's just me.

Chap stick in windy and cold conditions I can understand for long periods of time as I made a 6000 mile trip recently, drove alone and had to endure -20F, 13F and so forth for long periods of time. My lips were in pain. Chap stick might not always be the medicated kind, but it sure helps protect your lips in those situations.

If I'm going to be away for 1-3 months, I definitely need tweezers and nail clippers. I don't know about you, but my hair and nails tend to grow...

Lotion and other beauty products would be up to the individual--you would know what you need better than I would.

I would definitely need tweezers and nail clippers too! Even if you like long fingernails, you've gotta clip the toenails every so often... otherwise EW!
Plus they are both so small, why not have them? You can stick them in your pocket even, but it's not like they take up any room in your luggage. Tweezers at least serve a double function in that they will be really good to have if you need to remove a wood splinter or bug stinger from your skin.
And you know, as a girl, eyebrow tweezing is kind of important!

just don't try to save space and stick them in your pocket when flying!
