I have not been to spain so i cant suggest anything there. As for Monaco its better to stay in Nice and take a day trip to Monaco. I would suggest atleast 3 nights in rome, 3 in Munich or 4 in Berlin, 2 days in Amsterdam(depending on your intentions there) and atleast 4 days in Paris. For that little bit of time it seems a bit scattered, i would suggest sticking to around 3 countries instead of 6.

Honestly, I would say none of those are reasonable. In fact, a trip like this would leave you seeing next to nothing. Arriving in Lisbon for a day would give you a few HOURS to see everything you wanted to see before you had to get back on a night train to go to the next place. You should chip Germany and Holland and give that time to those other cities. I hughly recommend spending at least 3 days in each place you have listed, with the exception of Monaco, which can be a day trip if you want. It is incredibly expensive to stay in Monaco, so you probably don't want to spend the night there.
